Job summary
Wilson Elser, a national law firm, seeks a Senior Manager of Application Support to lead key practice-of-law software and related technology. You will own service delivery, incident management, upgrades, and integrations across platforms like Intapp, iManage, Box, and Microsoft 365, while driving adoption and security.
The role reports to the Director of IT Service Management & Governance and emphasizes servant leadership, collaboration, and continuous improvement in a cloud-first, innovative IT
Qualifications
- Experience supporting or managing critical practice-of-law platforms.
- Background managing hybrid, cloud-based, and on-prem systems.
- Familiarity with document automation, low-code workflows, and integrations.
- Knowledge of legal-industry data governance and ISO 27001 is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily application support and incident management for key software.
- Coach and develop supervisors, analysts, and system admins.
- Coordinate fixes, releases, integrations, and patches with vendors.
- Monitor usage, metrics, and drive UX/process improvements.
- Partner with Security/Risk for data privacy and compliance.
- Support cloud-first strategy with DevOps and Infrastructure teams.
- Assist leadership on onboarding and technology readiness for hires.
- Advise on ISO 27001 and security best practices.
