Job summary

Wilson Elser is seeking an Application Support Analyst to support, maintain, and monitor critical firm systems, including iManage Cloud, Intapp OnePlace for Risk, Litera One, and related platforms. The role emphasizes user-focused service, issue resolution, and governance in a cloud-first environment.

You will provide Tier 2 support, train users, manage access and ethical walls, and contribute to the firm’s ongoing digital transformation while aligning with ITIL best practices.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field required.
• Certifications in iManage, ITIL, ISO 27001 valued.
• Minimum 3 years in application support or legal tech.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex end-user issues across core legal tech platforms.
• Provide Day-2 support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for attorneys and staff.
• Train peers on new functionality and adoption.
• Manage user access, roles, permissions, and ethical walls.
• Support information governance, document mgmt, and retention.
• Collaborate with litigation management, e-discovery, and docketing systems.
• Create and maintain system docs, runbooks, and SOPs.
• Assist with data and case mapping across platforms.
• Apply ITIL/ITSM best practices for incident, problem, and change management.
• Engage with JIRA & Confluence for ticketing and project work.
