Qualifications

• Eight+ years of progressive experience in public accounting or consulting, with at least five years in litigation support, business valuation or forensics.
• CPA/CFE/CMA/CFA or CIA certification and related valuation credentials are preferred.
• Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, economics, business administration or related field; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage litigation and forensic engagements and workflows, assigning projects to staff and ensuring timely completion.
• Lead data- and document-intensive financial analyses, modeling, due diligence, and industry research.
• Serve as a consultant to attorneys, help prepare discovery questions, and participate in depositions and court proceedings as needed.
• Mentor and develop staff, including managers and seniors, and support career growth and performance evaluations.
