Job summary

GHJ is seeking a Manager to join its Forensic Accounting and Litigation Support practice. This role leads investigations and litigation-support engagements, manages day-to-day client relationships, and oversees project teams while preparing complex financial analyses and investigative findings.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with a CPA, at least five years of relevant experience, advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, and strong written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA required.
• Minimum of five years in forensic accounting, litigation support, disputes, investigations or related services.
• Expertise in family law, commercial litigation support, or fraud investigations.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Ability to draft written reports using Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead forensic accounting and litigation-support engagements from planning through completion.
• Serve as primary day-to-day client contact with attorneys and stakeholders.
• Manage engagement scope, staffing, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Prepare and review complex financial models, damages analyses, and investigative findings.
• Analyze financial records to identify trends, discrepancies, and findings.
• Supervise and mentor seniors and staff to ensure quality and development.
• Maintain complete, accurate engagement documentation and work product.
• Clearly communicate findings, risks, and engagement developments to partners and clients.
