Rice University's Rice Business seeks an Assistant Director of Working Professional MBA Recruiting and Admissions. This role drives outreach, guides candidates from inquiry to enrollment, and represents Rice Business across events and information sessions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; 3+ years in higher education and/or relationship management/recruiting.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume portfolios and travel as needed.
• Familiarity with graduate business education processes and CRM platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and manage high-potential candidate populations across all Working Professional MBA modalities.
• Lead and facilitate compelling recruitment sessions and information events.
• Maintain strong relationships with prospective students from inquiry through enrollment.
• Provide SME guidance on program alignment and ROI for professional MBA prospects.
• Document interactions in the CRM and support enrollment operations.
