Job summary

Rice University’s Rice Business seeks a Director of Candidate Experience to lead a high-impact team shaping the end-to-end student journey from inquiry to matriculation across all MBA modalities. You will drive design-thinking, data analytics, and multi-channel engagement to elevate candidate experiences and outcomes.

You will collaborate with faculty, alumni, students, and external vendors, while guiding event strategy, interviews, and communications that differentiate Rice Business in graduate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of professional experience in user/customer experience and project management.
• Additional related education may substitute for experience on an equivalent year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to divisional strategy and enrollment targets as a senior leader.
• Design and refine the candidate journey across all MBA modalities using design-thinking and analytics.
• Oversee candidate engagement, events, and multi-channel communications to improve yield.
• Lead and mentor a team focused on candidate experience and event execution.
• Manage relationships with third-party partners, yield platforms, and vendors.
• Oversee MBA admissions interview processes, evaluator training, and logistics.
