Job summary

Verint Systems seeks a Sr. Conversational AI Consultant to act as a strategic advisor for customers leveraging AI-powered customer experience solutions.

You will lead consulting workstreams, guide solution strategy, and partner with Program Managers to ensure successful execution and measurable outcomes. You will analyze performance data, deliver executive dashboards, and collaborate across product, engineering, and services teams to maximize value from AI investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 7 years in customer-facing consulting or related advisory roles.
• Proven ability to lead complex customer engagements and deliver outcomes.
• Strong understanding of AI-powered technologies and automation.
• Trusted advisor with ability to influence across multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead consultant and strategic advisor for customers using AI-powered solutions.
• Drive solution adoption, optimization, and business transformation initiatives.
• Develop strategic success plans with measurable outcomes and adoption goals.
• Analyze operational data and deliver executive-level reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Support, and Services teams to improve offerings.
• Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to align priorities.
• Manage multiple engagements while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Provide guidance on governance, readiness, and workforce optimization.
