HID Global, a leader in identity technology, seeks a Lead Accountant in Austin, TX to drive complex accounting activities within the Global Accounting and Finance Shared Services team. You’ll ensure accurate reconciliations, month-end close, variance analysis, and IFRS compliance while supporting audits and process improvements.

Ideal candidates bring a CPA or equivalent, strong Excel skills, and experience with Oracle/OneStream.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting/Finance with required experience.
• IFRS knowledge including IFRS15 and IFRS16.
• Proficient in Excel and finance systems.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• CPA designation preferred.

Mansioni

• Support complex accounting activities within Global Accounting and Finance Shared Services.
• Maintain account reconciliations and assist month-end close processes.
• Analyze variances and ensure policy compliance and accurate reporting.
• Prepare audit schedules and respond to requests with documentation.
• Research accounting issues and propose practical solutions.
• Collaborate across teams to strengthen financial controls.
