Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 7+ years of experience.
• IFRS knowledge including IFRS 15 and IFRS 16.
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply accounting policies.
• Experience with Oracle, OneStream, or similar systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• CPA designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain assigned account reconciliations per policy and escalate issues.
• Review contracts, orders, vouchers, and transactions for policy compliance.
• Perform root-cause analyses of variances and document findings.
• Complete month-end close activities within two days and support reconciliation reviews.
• Apply IFRS 15/16 when evaluating transactions and their financial impact.
• Prepare audit schedules and respond to audit requests with documentation.
• Collaborate with team to address accounting issues as they arise.
• Drive special projects with ownership of multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Lead research into accounting issues and propose practical solutions.
• Retrieve and analyze financial data using Oracle, OneStream, Cubeware, and Excel.
