Job summary

Skydio is seeking a driven, customer-facing Program Manager to lead law enforcement implementations from planning to delivery, coordinating across product, engineering and support teams. You will manage risk, budgets, and schedules while translating customer requirements into actionable development plans.

Based in New Jersey, this role emphasizes collaboration with senior leaders and pilots, with opportunities to influence platform deployment, adoption, and long-term success for law enforcement

Qualifications

• Experience as a customer-facing professional services / program manager for law enforcement agencies.
• Excellent communication with senior leaders and strong project management skills.
• Proven track record implementing new technology and interfacing with technical teams.
• Experience with large-scale customer projects in law enforcement (hardware, software, operations).

Responsibilities

• Plan and design end-to-end project deployment and integration activities for platform launch and operational success.
• Manage production and implementation programs against cost, schedule and technical requirements.
• Translate customer requirements to Skydio’s agile product and engineering teams to drive delivery.
• Establish relationships with law enforcement customers and coordinate with engineering to meet milestones.
• Inform business and program leaders about contract risks and opportunities for coordinated delivery.
