Moore & Van Allen PLLC is seeking an experienced Manager of Lateral Recruiting to lead lateral attorney and contract attorney recruitment in the Charlotte, NC or Atlanta, GA offices. This strategic role partners with firm leadership to develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned with growth objectives.

You will oversee full lifecycle recruiting, drive process improvements, manage budget and analytics, supervise a Recruiting Coordinator, and ensure a seamless, compliant candidate experience

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field required.
• JD degree preferred for preferred qualifications.
• Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes.
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.

• Develop and implement strategic recruiting initiatives aligned with firm growth.
• Monitor legal hiring market trends and provide actionable insights.
• Oversee lateral attorney referral program, policy, reporting, and analytics.
