Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; JD, MBA, or advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years of legal recruiting experience
- 2+ years of lateral partner/member recruiting experience
- Strong understanding of law firm structure and partner-level recruiting
- Experience managing confidential executive-level searches
- Strong project management, organization, and communication skills
- Experience with viRecruit, Firm Prospects, Pirical, Leopard Solutions, or similar platforms preferred
