LexisNexis Legal & Professional seeks a Large Law Customer Success Manager to drive adoption, workflow transformation, and measurable business outcomes across major law-firm clients. You will build trusted advisor relationships and partner across functions to ensure value realization from drafting, research, analytics, and AI-powered workflows.
You will guide executive engagements, champion change management, and leverage data-driven insights to expand usage and retention in a dynamic legal tech
Qualifications
- JD degree and experience with law firms, legal professionals, or legal tech.
- Experience in customer success, account management, consulting, or enterprise software adoption.
- Proven ability to drive value-based engagements and adoption across complex environments.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of Large Law Accounts and lead adoption, workflow transformation, and growth.
- Build trusted relationships and develop tailored success plans aligned to firm goals and workflows.
- Drive value realization by embedding drafting, research, analytics, and AI-powered solutions.
- Collaborate with Client Managers, Sales, Product, Marketing, and Enablement on account planning and renewals.
- Use data to identify barriers, guide change management, and improve retention and expansion.
