Job summary

LegacyWorks Group is seeking a full‑time Sentinel Landscape Coordinator in Colorado Springs to advance the Sentinel Landscape Implementation Plan and coordinate across federal, state, local, and NGO partners. This hybrid role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and strategic execution to support military readiness and landscape resilience.

Salary ranges from $85,000 to $130,000 with benefits, a home office setup, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

Core skills include facilitating groups through engaging, inclusive and adaptable processes.
Understanding military installation structures, operations, missions, readiness, and encroachment needs.
Engaging with local land, resources, and communities to inform conservation strategies.

Responsibilities

Lead the Sentinel Landscape Leadership Team and coordinate with federal, state, local and NGO stakeholders.
Build and maintain partner relationships and installation leadership engagement.
Convene regular Leadership Team meetings, manage agendas and documentation.
Support working groups and chairs in crafting agendas and communication.
Develop and oversee the implementation plan with measurable milestones.
Drive fundraising coordination and grant reporting guidance.
