Qualifications

• Knowledge of mower maintenance is essential.
• Professional appearance and communication skills needed.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Previous leadership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage crew of 3 to 5 members for maintenance routes.
• Track time and manage production for high-quality services.
• Ensure all safety requirements are met for staff.
• Train new crew members on landscape maintenance tasks.
• Apply herbicides according to agricultural regulations.
