Qualifications

• 2–5 years of directly relevant landscape experience.
• 1–3 years of management experience.
• Possess a valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all maintenance divisions including mowing and lawn care.
• Manage field staff lifecycle including hiring and training.
• Conduct regular site visits for quality and safety inspections.
• Proactively manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.
