Job summary

The successful candidate will navigate regulatory approvals, conduct due diligence, and lead client matters with strong advocacy, drafting, and negotiation skills in New Jersey.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of land use and zoning experience.
- Licensed to practice law in New Jersey.
- Experience representing clients before municipal land use boards and governmental agencies.
- Strong experience with site plan, subdivision, variance, rezoning, and development plan applications.
- Familiarity with New Jersey land use regulations and coordinating approvals from multiple governmental entities.
- Experience conducting land use and zoning due diligence for acquisitions, dispositions, leasing transactions, and development projects.
- Strong legal research, writing, advocacy, negotiation, and client management skills.
