Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating land use agreements and permits, and representing the firm in depositions, hearings, and negotiations with agencies and clients.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with active bar admission.
• 4+ years of experience in land use law.
• 4+ years of experience in New Jersey Zoning Law.
• Licensed in New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal counsel on land use planning, zoning laws, and regulatory compliance to clients involved in real estate development and municipal projects.
• Draft, review, and negotiate land use agreements, contracts, and permits to facilitate project execution.
• Represent the firm in court depositions, hearings, and negotiations with government agencies, clients, and community groups.
