Job summary

EPCO Corporate is seeking a Land Analyst in Houston to manage encroachments on Company assets. You will read engineering drawings, verify property locations, and coordinate with mapping and field staff.

The role involves documenting encroachment data, handling inquiries, and supporting land records with accuracy. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in Land/ROW or related real estate work, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office and GIS/drawing tools.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 1-2 years in Land/ROW or related real estate experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic GIS/drawing tools.
• Experience with databases such as Access, Oracle, EMPAC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand engineering drawings and alignment sheets; verify property locations.
• Coordinate with mapping/drafting to locate encroachments on alignment sheets.
• Retrieve Land files related to encroachments as requested.
• Scan, print, and manage large-format drawings.
• Maintain encroachment database and records.
