Job summary

Enterprise Products is seeking a Land Analyst to manage land and right-of-way tasks related to encroachments on pipeline assets. You will verify property locations, read engineering drawings, and coordinate with mapping teams across the United States, reporting to Land Management.

You will maintain encroachment databases, handle correspondence, prepare encroachment agreements, and interface with landowners, developers, and agencies.

Qualifications

• The successful candidate will have strong communication and organization skills and be able to interface with all levels of personnel and public.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
• ArcGIS knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform land and right-of-way tasks for third-party inquiries regarding encroachments on company assets.
• Read engineering drawings and alignment sheets; verify property locations and coordinates with mapping/drafting personnel.
• Maintain encroachment database and Land Records files; prepare encroachment documents and correspondence.
• Coordinate with landowners, developers, and agencies; interface with Encroachment Engineer for review.
