Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, prepare and assemble project reports and schedules.
• Estimate and budget for property taxes/assessments.
• Maintain budgets and budget reporting.
• Enter contracts, change orders and budget worksheets into accounting systems.
• Process payments with backups and lien releases for AP.
• Prepare and distribute correspondence and meeting minutes within 24 hours.
