Job summary

D.R. Horton, Inc. in Palm Bay, FL, seeks a Land Development Project Manager to lead raw land development for home construction and amenities, coordinating vendors, contractors and public authorities.

You will manage civil plans, scheduling, budgeting, bid packages, and contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely milestone delivery to internal teams and external stakeholders. Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent preferred.
• Three years of related experience in residential or civil construction.
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Proficient in scheduling software.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.

Responsibilities

• Review civil plans, geotechnical evaluations, landscape plans and project specs to deliver finished lots.
• Manage scheduling for infrastructure installation, including landscaping and amenities construction.
• Meet with officials during installation and inspection of civil work.
• Track milestones and report delays to internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate bid, review and award processes; develop scope of works and pay scales.
