Stanley Martin Homes’ Aiken / Augusta Division seeks a Land Development Manager to lead field activities, coordinate with internal and external teams, and ensure projects meet gov standards. You’ll supervise land development improvements for bond reductions and release, track budgets, and maintain records.

You’ll work in the field and office, building strong contractor relationships and delivering timely, compliant results across multiple neighborhoods with a focus on quality and safety.

• Experience managing land development projects with a record of field supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all land development field activities to meet standards and schedules.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams on land development and homebuilding activities.
• Maintain project records for regular report updates and active budgets.
• Maintain beneficial working relationships with trade contractors and complete ad hoc duties.
