Stanley Martin Homes is seeking a Land Development Associate in the Greenville area to support the Land Development team in managing site construction activities and coordinating with contractors. The role involves updating project schedules, reviewing plans and budgets, and assisting with feasibility estimates to keep projects on track and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Support Land Development team in managing site construction activities.
• Update project schedules and coordinate with contractors for RFQs & contract exhibits.
• Review site plans, geotechnical reports, and environmental studies.
• Assist with takingoffs for feasibility estimates and budget reviews.
• Coordinate turnover of amenities to HOAs and maintain professional interactions.
