Job summary

Holiday Builders is seeking a Land Development Manager in Florida to lead all land development projects from due diligence to final acceptance. You will liaise between departments to communicate status and ensure timely approvals, budgets, and deliverables.

The role requires at least a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of direct experience in civil/geotechnical engineering, surveying, and land development. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Access.
• Ability to gather and summarize data for reports and schedules.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and approves development project scheduling, budgeting, cash flows and other reporting.
• Initiates, manage and execute land development and planning approval schedules.
• Oversees project visioning processes and development agreements.
• Manages team of consultants to timely complete deliverables.
• Produces and manages land development budgets.
