Neal Communities of Southwest Florida, Inc. seeks a seasoned Land Development Manager to guide projects from site selection through completion.

You will oversee budgets, schedules, permits, and contractors while coordinating with planning, engineering, and government agencies to deliver high‑quality, strategically developed communities. You bring 5–7 years in land development, a related bachelor's degree, and proven leadership in entitlement planning and construction oversight.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in land development and entitlement planning.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Business Accounting, or Construction Management.
• Proven experience in land development management including site selection and construction oversight.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting: create and maintain budgets for feasibility to completion and manage cash flow.
• Schedules: develop and manage project schedules within budgets.
• Supervises: select professionals for data and analysis within budgets.
• Site constraints: assess soils, environment, habitat and impacts on development.
• Permits: manage permitting and documentation for land development.
• Coordination: work with planning, engineering, government agencies and contractors.
