Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; energy sector experience preferred.
• 8+ years related work experience with supervisory/management background.
• Strong knowledge of land records, leases, contracts, and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead DO Analysts, Lease Records Analysts, and Land Systems professionals.
• Oversee leases, contracts, easements, and land documents; ensure accuracy of ownership data.
• Drive data governance, dashboards, and reporting for asset management.
• Support acquisition/divestiture activities with due diligence and data validation.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and risk management across land administration.
