Job summary

Expand Energy seeks a senior supervisor to lead a team of Landmen and drive strategic exploration leasing and acquisitions across multiple states. You will negotiate leases, supervise contract preparation, and review joint development and venture agreements to advance the company’s exploration plans.

The role requires the ability to communicate ownership positions and regulatory considerations to management, while coordinating with geology, engineering, and operations to ensure timely drilling

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum 5 years of related land management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of leasing, oil and gas laws, and multi-state regulations.
• Ability to supervise and develop landmen and field staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement exploration leasing and acquisition strategies across multiple states.
• Supervise negotiations, acquisition of oil and gas leases, and contract prep.
• Review and approve purchase/sale agreements and joint development ventures.
• Notify management of ownership positions, competitors, and legal issues via reports.
• Coordinate with geology, engineering, and operations to meet drilling goals.
