Job summary

Diversified Gas & Oil Corporation seeks a Vice President of Land Administration to lead and modernize the land function across a large asset portfolio in multiple states, with locations in Charleston, WV or Oklahoma City, OK.

You will oversee lease and contract administration, ownership interests, division orders, land records and owner relations, drive system modernization, data governance and reporting, and coordinate with Accounting, Legal, IT, and Finance to support revenue processes and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Land Management, Energy Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of progressive oil and gas land administration experience with leadership.
• Experience leading a land administration department.
• Deep knowledge of lease administration, ownership, division orders, land records, owner relations, and revenue processes.
• Experience modernizing land administration with technology, automation, and data management.
• Strong understanding of data governance and the relationship to revenue, accounting, and reporting.
• Experience supporting acquisitions, divestitures, due diligence, data conversion, system integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead Land Administration; shape organization, staffing, and strategic direction.
• Oversee lease/contract administration, ownership interests, division orders, land records.
• Ensure data integrity across operated and non-operated assets across states.
• Modernize Land Administration via process redesign, automation, AI, analytics, and systems.
• Establish policies, KPIs, and reporting to improve productivity and data quality.
• Lead support for acquisitions/divestitures, due diligence, data migration, integration.
• Partner with Accounting, Legal, IT, Finance, and other functions for revenue processes.
• Drive continuous improvement and cross-functional organizational change.
