Job summary

K. Hovnanian Companies, LLC is seeking a Land Acquisition Manager to identify and secure land opportunities, presenting deals to senior leaders, and supporting growth through robust analyses.

The role demands strong negotiation and financial analysis skills, plus a valid driver's license and MS Office proficiency. The ideal candidate will bring 4+ years in land acquisition, excellent communication, and the ability to work with brokers, builders, and municipal officials to drive strategic land

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years' related experience in Land Acquisition.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to prepare, interpret and present various financial analyses, as well as statistical market analyses.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and excellent communication skills are necessary.
• Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Identify acquisition opportunities through brokers, builders, bankers, landowners, engineers, planners, attorneys and municipal officials.
