Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in land acquisition.
• Strong negotiation skills with ability to prepare and present financial analyses.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills.
• Must maintain a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Identify acquisition opportunities through brokers, builders, landowners, engineers, planners, attorneys, municipal officials, and in-house contacts.
• Present land deals to senior leaders and directly contribute to company growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support site development and approvals.
