Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in land acquisition, real estate development, or related residential markets; 8+ years highly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience sourcing and negotiating land transactions.
• Knowledge of Letters of Intent, Agreements of Sale, zoning, municipal processes, and real estate contract structures.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and advance land opportunities aligned with Garman Builders’ growth strategy.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships for acquisition opportunities.
• Prepare and negotiate Letters of Intent and support the development of Agreements of Sale.
