Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in finance, real estate, business administration, economics, urban planning, engineering or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify land acquisition opportunities and growth areas.
• Prepare financial models, land valuations, cost estimates and proformas to support investment decisions.
• Coordinate due diligence including engineering, environmental, utility, title, entitlement, and development reviews.
• Track contract timelines, approvals, and milestones; prepare acquisition packages for management review.
