Job summary

ARKRAY USA INC in Minneapolis, MN is seeking an Experienced Laboratory Diagnostics Sales Representative to drive revenue by selling urinalysis and HbA1c analyzers, reagents, consumables, service, and related solutions to hospitals, IDNs, and labs.

You will combine proactive prospecting with consultative, multi-stakeholder selling and manage the full sales cycle, from discovery to post-sale follow-up, while building strong lab leadership relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Business, Marketing, MLS, Biology or related field preferred.
• Minimum of three years of successful B2B sales experience.
• Experience in clinical diagnostics or IVD sales strongly preferred.
• Experience selling capital instrumentation with recurring revenue preferred.
• MLS/MT background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the assigned territory with strategic plans to meet revenue objectives.
• Prospect new business opportunities through multiple channels and referrals.
• Assess workflow, volumes, needs to position ARKRAY solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to closing and implementation.
• Build and sustain relationships with lab leadership and stakeholders.
• Maintain Salesforce records and accurate forecasts.
