Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus four years of labor relations experience or an associate's degree plus six years related experience.
• Experience in investigations, conflict resolution, and collective bargaining is required.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for labor relations matters across the college.
• Lead negotiations for collective bargaining agreements with union representatives.
• Conduct thorough internal investigations and provide guidance on disciplinary matters.
• Develop and revise policies related to employee and labor relations.
• Deliver training on labor relations topics to managers and staff.
• Analyze labor relations data and prepare concise reports.
