Job summary

Global Medical Response seeks a Vice President of Labor Relations to lead enterprise labor strategy, bargaining, and risk management across multi-state operations. Location is flexible with significant travel; compensation ranges from $250,000 to $325,000 DOE, with 35% bonus eligibility and equity consideration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field with extensive labor relations experience.
• 15+ years in progressive labor relations roles with leadership responsibility.
• Experience leading multi-state collective bargaining and large CBA portfolios.
• Knowledge of NLRA and Railway Labor Act and relevant labor law.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise labor strategy and advise senior executives on labor trends and risks.
• Direct multi-state collective bargaining, plan negotiations, and serve as chief spokesperson when needed.
• Build enterprise bargaining playbooks balancing financial and operational objectives.
• Oversee grievances, arbitration, and lawful organizing readiness with Legal and HR partners.
• Present labor strategy and risk assessments to executive leadership and Board forums.
