Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of procurement experience in lab or high-growth tech/healthcare.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field.
• Experience with NetSuite ERP and Coupa/Zip procurement platforms.
• Experience implementing or using AI tools in a professional setting is a plus.
• Strong negotiation, executive presence, and influencing without authority.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for critical lab spend across sites.
• Lead major RFx and negotiations; ensure SLAs and pricing.
• Collaborate with Finance to drive cost savings and TCO reduction.
