Job summary

BryceTech LLC seeks an experienced Knowledge Manager to support U.S. Space Force programs in El Segundo, CA.

You will establish and maintain knowledge-management processes to collect, organize, and disseminate program information, ensuring leadership has timely access to accurate, relevant data in a fast-paced, classified environment. The role requires strong organizational, analytical, and cross-government collaboration skills, with expertise in SharePoint, Jira, and Confluence.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance (with SCI eligibility)
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree desirable
• 15+ years supporting DoD information technology, knowledge management, or related mission support
• Experience administering Microsoft SharePoint sites and storage systems
• Experience with SharePoint reorganization, permissions, and data migrations
• Experience with Jira/Confluence for collaboration and workflow management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, classified environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain knowledge-management processes to improve information accessibility
• Collect, organize, analyze, and maintain information from multiple government organizations
• Create and manage knowledge repositories, dashboards, and reports
• Establish standardized document management and version control processes
• Coordinate with government stakeholders and contractors to disseminate information
• Capture organizational knowledge, lessons learned, and best practices
• Support leadership with timely access to historical data and resources
• Develop taxonomies, metadata, and naming conventions for discoverability
• Ensure information quality, currency, and access controls
• Provide end-user support for SharePoint, Jira, and Confluence
