Job summary

BryceTech LLC seeks a Program Analyst – Mission Strategy & Performance to support U.S. Space Force organizations in El Segundo, CA. You will analyze acquisition strategies, secure systems, and manage financial and non-financial program data to inform government decision-making.

Responsibilities include tracking milestones, developing analytical reports, and supporting audits and performance reviews to identify trends and risks for improvement.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance eligibility required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3–10 years of relevant professional experience in program/financial analysis or related areas.
• Experience analyzing operational strategies and their alignment with acquisition/contracting strategies.
• Experience tracking vendor software and hardware development milestones and deliveries.
• Experience developing analytical reports and presenting findings to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational strategies and their alignment with acquisition and contracting strategies.
• Track vendor software and hardware development milestones and deliveries.
• Gather, organize, validate, and analyze financial and non-financial program data.
• Develop recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, briefings, charts, and other analytical products.
• Translate complex financial, operational, acquisition, and performance information into clear findings and recommendations.
• Support audits, performance reviews, and assessments of programs.
