Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Knowledge Manager MID Admin to support intelligence operations and administrate critical workflows. This role emphasizes information sharing, recordkeeping, and coordination across analytic teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualified candidates will have strong computer skills, familiarity with DTS, and the ability to manage travel and training in accordance with DIA regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft 365; strong organizational and communication skills.
• Understanding of the Defense Travel System (DTS).
• TS/SCI w/Poly clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in aligning processes and technology to enable information sharing among analysts and organizations.
• Provide full range of intelligence and administrative support to personnel across disciplines.
• Coordinate training, travel, and meetings; manage records and distribution lists.
