Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Knowledge Manager (Mid-Level) to support the Defense Intelligence Agency’s Defense Intelligence Enterprise. The Defense Intelligence Enterprise produces extraordinary work, but only if analysts can find, share, and build on it.

As a Knowledge Manager supporting DIA, you'll align the processes and technology that make information sharing actually happen, shaping workflows, managing content and records systems, and making sure the right intelligence reaches the right people

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required and maintained.
• At least 8 years of knowledge management experience, with recent work in the last 2 years.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Hands-on experience with content management, records management, and workflow tools.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across analytic and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Align processes and technology to enable information sharing by analysts and organizations for analytic production.
• Administer centralized and peripheral databases, content management, and records management systems.
• Shape workflows so that search, discovery, storage, and retrieval effectively support the mission.
• Compile performance and usage reports and identify future knowledge management requirements.
• Disseminate intelligence across networks and portals, ensuring correct domain reach.
