Job summary

Amentum is seeking an experienced IT and intelligence support professional to join our Defense Combating Terrorism Office team. The role involves maintaining databases, enabling secure information sharing, and providing expert IT assistance to analysts and leadership.

You will manage SharePoint sites, assist with DTO data transfers across JWICS/SIPRNet/NIPRNet, and serve as an IT help-desk resource to keep operations running smoothly. A TS/SCI w/Poly clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Assist in aligning processes and technology to enable information sharing by analysts.
• Uses centralized and peripheral databases, content management and records systems.
• Disseminates intelligence products across networks and portals.

Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of intelligence and administrative support to assist analysts, including building databases, monitoring intelligence, and producing metrics and briefings.
• Assist with aligning processes and technology to enable information sharing among analysts; provide training on analytic tools.
• Capture and champion IT functional requirements and support records management and process improvement.
• Manage and modify DCT SharePoint sites and related processes; provide informal IT Help Desk support.
• Facilitate internal and external customer support for DCT systems; perform data transfers between JWICS, SIPRNet, NIPRNet, and other networks.
• Input and track work in automated help desk system; act as queue manager for maintenance tickets; rebuild/reimage workstations; resolve hardware/software/network issues.
