B&A is seeking a Mid-level Knowledge Manager to support the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) CICADAS task order at Fort Meade, MD. The role focuses on aligning processes and technology to enable analysts and organizations to share information effectively, with experience in KM systems and DoD/IC standards.

The position requires active TS/SCI with a current polygraph, 8+ years of related experience, and a Bachelor’s degree.

Formación

• Minimum 8 years of KM/analytic experience with a BA/BS.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with current polygraph.
• Location: Fort Meade, Maryland.

Responsabilidades

• Align processes and technology to enable analyst information sharing.
• Use centralized and peripheral databases and records management systems; shape workflow.
• Compile reports on performance and usage metrics for KM capabilities.
• Disseminate intelligence products across networks and portals.
• Develop information system requirements aligned with DoD/IC standards.
• Capture user requirements via interviews and reviews; support data models.
• Develop use cases for new applications; assess system factors.
• Interacts with users to define problems and validate requirements.
• Work with KM team under moderate supervision; coordinate KM meetings.
• Maintain and update requirements documentation; document operating instructions.
