Job summary

Knowesis is seeking a Knowledge Management (KM) Subject Matter Expert to support interagency and DoD-wide agreements in a hybrid, DC-area environment. Active Secret clearance and US citizenship are required for this role.

The position manages the full lifecycle of support agreements, builds automated workflows, and maintains a centralized knowledge portal. Strong writing and stakeholder briefing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in knowledge management or interagency support within DoD or federal agencies.
• Proficiency with SharePoint, workflow automation, document libraries, version control.
• Working knowledge of CUI handling and RBAC.

Responsibilities

• Draft, coordinate, and manage interagency and intra-agency support agreements.
• Ensure each agreement defines resources, funding, and performance metrics.
• Research and define terms, standards, and processes for partnerships.
• Manage the full lifecycle of support agreements.
• Build automated workflows to track status and renewals.
• Design and maintain a centralized knowledge portal with RBAC.
• Draft data-sharing and interconnection security agreements.
