Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop, test, and deliver technology-driven tools and initiatives.
• Experience using generative AI tools beyond casual use with validation focus.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as embedded KM expert for assigned practice groups.
• Own and lead curation of KM artifacts in the KM database.
• Develop, implement, maintain KM strategies tailored to practice groups.
• Create, organize, and maintain model documents, forms, precedents, and resources.
• Capture user feedback to drive KM tool improvements.
• Review materials, track market trends and tech developments.
• Identify gaps and curate targeted attorney contributions.
• Plan and execute KM innovation projects with ROI tracking.
• Partner with KM leadership to evaluate and implement new technologies.
• Champion technology adoption and organizational change.
• Collaborate with KM & AI Partners and Practice Management.
• Support lateral onboarding and onboarding content.
• Conduct knowledge succession planning and document key processes.
• Develop training materials and enable live demonstrations.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Maintain confidentiality of firm, attorney, and client information.
