Job summary

Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP seeks a Director of Knowledge Management & Innovation to lead the KM and AI-enabled delivery for Regulatory and Tax units. You will partner with practice leadership, drive adoption of best practices, and guide transformation across diverse legal teams.

Ideal candidates have JD credentials, track record in knowledge management, and experience leading cross-functional teams in a law firm or corporate legal setting.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Proven leadership and ability to influence attorneys and stakeholders.
• Experience driving KM, innovation, PSL, or legal operations in a major firm or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead the KM & Innovation strategy and long-term roadmaps for the business unit.
• Develop and mentor a multidisciplinary team across offices and locations.
• Engage with firm leadership to align KM & Innovation with client needs and practice priorities.
• Oversee AI-enabled delivery, knowledge libraries, and matter intelligence initiatives.
