Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Supply Chain Planning Enablement to join the Center of Excellence.

The role blends planning analytics, system enablement, and structured problem-solving to optimize planning as Kinaxis Maestro is implemented and reaches steady state. Reporting to the Planning Enablement Director, you will create dashboards, derive insights, and lead improvements across demand, supply, and inventory planning.

Qualifications

7+ years in supply chain planning or analytics.
Experience with Kinaxis Maestro or similar planning system.
Experience using Python to automate workflows.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience leading cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain planning dashboards for demand, supply, and inventory metrics.
Translate Kinaxis outputs into actionable insights for tactical/strategic planning.
Leverage automation to streamline analytical tasks and speed insights.
Build and maintain process documentation and SOPs for the COE.
Support training materials for demand and supply planners in Kinaxis-enabled workflows.
Identify gaps in process adoption and recommend enablement interventions.
Assist with planning process and system transitions and stakeholder readiness.
