Job summary

Apex Tool Group in Lexington, SC is seeking a Kinaxis Solutions Analyst to administer and enhance the Kinaxis Maestro platform across supply chain planning. You will configure, support users, test changes, and drive process improvements with stakeholders.

The role requires supply chain planning experience; familiarity with Kinaxis RapidResponse or Maestro is preferred. Travel up to 20% with potential peak 50% during deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or degree equivalent in a related field.
• 3+ years in supply chain planning or related IT/Business role.
• Experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse or Maestro administration.
• Knowledge of demand, supply, inventory, S&OP, deployment, or production planning.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with user support, training, or Kinaxis certification is a plus.
• Ability to travel up to 20%; peak periods may require more travel.

Responsibilities

• Support Kinaxis Maestro platform administration and governance activities.
• Design, test, and deploy Maestro authoring changes (workbooks, dashboards, alerts, workflows).
• Gather requirements and document changes with stakeholders for scalable improvements.
• Coordinate with IT and business partners on data management and alignment.
• Troubleshoot system, data, and process issues; coordinate resolutions.
• Assist testing, documentation, training, and end-user adoption for enhancements.
