Job summary

The Intellekt Group, LLC seeks a Kill Chain Integration Manager to support ACC/A2 efforts at Joint Base Langley-Eustis. You will integrate ISR, targeting, and C2 activities across transformation programs, coordinating governance and delivering decision-quality products for senior leaders.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in AF/DoD ISR or kill chain work, an MA/MS degree, and TS/SCI eligibility. Strong planning, briefing, and stakeholder-management skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of DoD/AF ISR, targeting, or kill chain integration experience.
• MA/MS degree required.
• Ability to deliver decision-quality products with limited supervision.
• Knowledge of F2T2EA cycle and related concepts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior action officer supporting ACC/A2 Branch Chief efforts.
• Coordinate governance, stakeholders, and action-tracking across ACC kill chain initiatives.
• Develop executive-level briefings, read-aheads, and decision memoranda for senior leaders.
• Analyze processes, data flows, and dependencies; propose viable implementation paths.
