Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is seeking a Joint Kill Chain & Communications Integrator in Virginia. The role involves advising on weapon integration, networking, and network-enabled munitions, with heavy cross‑service coordination for joint munitions development and CONOPS/TTPs.

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI clearance required.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or technical discipline.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary technical advisor on weapon and radio integration, tactical networking, and network-enabled munitions.
Advise on joint munitions development and cross-service coordination of requirements, funding, and testing.
Develop and refine CONOPS and TTPs for integrated weapon systems and ensure alignment with communications architecture.
Provide SME support for integration of Tactical Data Links and military communication systems for kill chain execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate DoD systems and fire control components.
Analyze system requirements to align with joint service priorities.
Facilitate interoperability across joint and allied systems and support CONOPS/TTP forums.
Lead test planning, live-fire exercises, and demonstrations to validate performance.
